A Milton Keynes healthcare company owned by listed group Ultrasis has entered administration, with certain parts of the business and assets sold. In a statement on the London Stock Exchange, Ultrasis confirmed that Paul Flint and Brian Green of KPMG were appointed as joint administrators of Screenetics UK on 2 June. Immediately following the appointment, certain parts of the business and assets relating to Screenetics were sold to ToHealth.
